At tatara you can savor delicious, beautiful, and highly original vegan cuisine, as well as superb charcoal-grilled steaks made with Saga beef and Kagoshima Prefecture-produced Kuroge wagyu beef. Dishes are prepared by a chef who is a professional at charcoal-grilling wagyu steaks, but who also creates vegan cuisine – positioned at the opposite extreme – with deep respect.
