A serene haven where you can enjoy the beauty of seasonal flowers

Situated about 12 kilometers northwest of downtown Kagoshima and perched at an elevation of 180 meters, the Urban Agriculture Center is surrounded by lush natural beauty. Spanning approximately 30 hectares with views of Sakurajima, Kagoshima's iconic landmark, the site is divided into three zones: the Agricultural Training Zone, the Citizen's Farm Zone, and the Fureai Zone. One highlight is the Flower Garden of the Four Seasons, an expansive 8,000m² flower bed that transforms with the seasons - carpeted with vibrant rape blossoms in spring, sunflowers in summer, and cosmos in autumn.
