Kenbi Waraku Hananka (Amami no Sato) けんびわらく はなんか(あまみのさと)

A restaurant that brings together Amami Oshima's regional dish Keihan (chicken rice) and the flavors of Kagoshima

Hananka is a restaurant where you can enjoy Keihan (chicken rice), which is a regional dish of Amami Oshima in Kagoshima, creative Amami dishes using ingredients that are good for health and beauty as well as fresh fish, and kaiseki (a traditional Japanese course meal) that reflects the four seasons of Japan.
The Amami Keihan is especially recommended. It is served with rice topped with several ingredients such as shredded chicken, shiitake mushrooms, broiled egg, and pickled papaya, with a broth made by slowly simmering chicken poured over the ingredients.
A vegetarian menu is also available (reservation is required at least 3 days in advance).
